At Jada Jewelry, we strive to offer unique, high-quality pieces and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:Be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Include original packaging, tags, or certificates if applicable.
Not be a personalized, custom-made, or on-sale item (these are final sale and non-refundable).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@jadajewelry.net with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is defective.
Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for size, model, or color), follow the same steps as above. The replacement will be shipped once we receive and verify the original item.Exceptions
